CAREER PATH
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in the field of education. It all began in 2013 when I started working as a math and physics tutor. Since then, I have been involved in numerous projects and held various positions in this field.
As a physics teacher at a public school in Moscow, I conducted research comparing online and offline learning approaches, which formed the basis of my master's thesis in Education.
This introduction to online learning changed my life, leading me to work at Edtech, where I continue to work today. What drew me to Edtech were the large-scale challenges, projects, and influences, as well as the great opportunities for cross-cultural interaction.
In 2022, I relocated from Russia and began building an international career.

My strength lies in treating courses as a product, which enables me to develop courses that are both goal-oriented and empathetic towards the student at the same time.
Furthermore, recognizing that our primary objective is to create a product that benefits the learner enables me to work efficiently with my coworkers and finish projects promptly.
In our future collaboration, it would be greatly appreciated if we could communicate clearly and carefully, have a shared understanding of our common goal, and focus our efforts to achieve results.
